Here I go again!
 

My name is Kim and I am going to lose 30 lbs whether it kills me or not. I have been trying on and off to lose it for about 7 mos. I have alot of left over fat from my pregnancy 8 mos ago and cannot fit in to anything I use to wear. My main problem is I have very little motivation, in the way of 12 hours or less after I make my goal I end up screwing up and then giving up. Very frustrating :?: But this time I am going to make the committment to stick with it and achieve something besides downing a snickers bar. So I am going to do this in the direction of losing 30 lbs within 3 mos and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.So... here I go again!

NEDNOAH, I totally know what you mean. I think I have been trying to lose weight for the last 15 months or so since my son was born and I still can't fit into stuff I used to look good in. And the Snickers joke...so funny because after starting all over today and doing really well, after dinner I wanted a Snickers leftover from Halloween. Well, I had it, a mini one but instead of going overboard, I told myself NO! And I went to the gym for an hour, so I worked it off! Anyway, I am hear if you want to buddy up! Talk to you soon!

hi, I have 100 pounds to lose and I am trying again. I have gone back to school and I am trying hard to finish what I started. I want to adopt a lifestyle and not just a diet. I hope to come to these sites everyday and get support, but this time I have a different mindset, so I am movingon
