Hi i'm Becky I am from the uk and was looking on the internet for diet help and came across this site i have no idea what diet to start and really need some help and support to do it i have 50 pounds to lose and have had it since having my daughter 4 years ago i cant stick with any diet i have tried and thought having a buddy would give me that support and inspiration i need to finally lose the weight so please be my buddy ANYBODY!!

Becky I signed up about 2 weeks ago to see what kind of support that this site offers and it has a bunch of beautfull women pulling together to lose those extra pounds. I havn't choose a plain yet either. I was having trouble deciding because my life is so umpredictable. I work any where from 9 to 12 hours a day. From like 1:00pm to 11:30ish. I have tried the Atkins about two summers ago and lost 50 pounds but I stoped the diet and it all came back plus. So I am open to just about any thing right now. Maybe we can get to togther and come up with a plan that would suit up both, if this sounds like something you would like to do just send me a line or a quote and we will go from there. :carrot: :dizzy:

New to posting and this thread business but trying hard to learn. Had seen this site for long time and longed to be able to talk to and encourage and be encouraged. Out of work trying to do it all find job, lose weight,etc.

Hi sure like to be your buddy. I have trouble sticking to a diet but know for health reasons and feel better that it's not just a diet I need to stick to but a life style. Was stationed in UK Brawdy, Wales. Many years ago.
