Hello! How is everyone? I am a returning to 3fatchicks after a long absence...I fell off the diet and exercise wagon! OUCH! :sp: :yes: Once again I have hopped back on - wishing for a little success...BUT I NEED HELP!

I have all the tools and know-how, but I seriously lack the support! Anyone interested in being a buddy? I can offer you support and motivation in return!

I'm 36, have one son, work full time, and have about 70 pounds I would love to lose!
