I'm new, and I need a buddy!
 

Hi everyone!

I'm Terri. I'm 31 years old and working on losing about 35 lbs. My dieting life has been a series of stops and starts, but I'm starting to see some health problems related to my weight, and I want to stop them NOW, before they get worse.

I'd love to have a buddy for some accountability. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone here!!

Hey Terri!! I too am here if you need an extra buddy :) I'm 25 and already have all the signs of what my weight is doing.. high cholesterol, high sugar, borderline blood pressure. But I guess whats good is we are still young and can get it under control now so its not a problem when we get older!! GO US! :)

I'm 35 and need to loose about 15-16 pounds. It was 20, but with the support I have received here I have lost 4 pounds over the past month.

I agree that we need to catch our weight gain now, before getting older makes it even harder to loose.

There are a bunch of great groups on this forum. I hope to see you in some of them :)
