Need a buddy to get through final stage!
 

Hello everyone. I am new here as of today. I am a 33 YO mom of one. I am fit and healthy but have 5 lbs of really really stubborn fat that won't leave by middle. I am stuck in a big way and would love someone to help me think about different things to do and different ways to think about things. At my peak, I weighed 180 after pregnancy, and I have come a long way since then. I would love to have some encouragement because I am feeling very frustrated. Thanks!!
