I gained 39lbs (162) during pregnancy which put me at 201..I lost down to 185 which I was stuck at for a while, now im finally at 170.8...
that's great...You are doing so good, if it was me 1 week would have cut it and my lazy butt would've stopped, Keep up the good work girl..We can become weight loss buddies

Im fine. How are you? Sunday was the first day of my workout plan
..I did 20mins on my lateral thigh trainer, some upper body weight training with 5lbs weights and 100 crunches...
off!! I've been exercising like a mad women. I am so happy that you started your plan!! Good for you. I've lost some more weight. Slowly. I can tell that I've lost because my chair doesn't scream when I sit down to work on the computer!! Ha!
I wish I was losing weight lol I've missed like 2 days of working out
but im ready to get back on track..Tommorrow I will continue of where I left off on my workout plan..
I am happy that I haven't gained anything as a matter of fact i've lost like 2oz
