Hi! I am so glad to have found this place first of all!

A little bit about me

My name is Karen and I am from Texas

I am overweight, love to cook and obviously love to eat

I desperately want to lose some weight! I am in need of support....(and not just support hose lol)
I don't have a clue as to what kind of system to use.
I found this place because I was looking up things on the 6 wk body makeover that I saw on tv last night

I am basically a stahm but am thinking of going back to work.

I just need help what else can I say!!!!!!!!!
There isn't anyone in my area for me to buddy up with.

I'm Mindy...and live way over here in the Jax area of Florida. I'm mommy to a soon to be 5y/o daughter, Zoey. This is a great board to be on. I'm on the atkins, and love it. However, if you enjoy breads and such..consider TOPS or Weight Watchers. I do love the Atkins, though.
