Hello Everyone!
Hello, I'm new here!
I'm 5' 3" with a rounded middle that I'm aiming to lose. The oddest thing is that I run - a LOT. Three to four miles a day at a fast pace is not uncommon for me, but nevertheless I'm stuck with a heavy stomach. I'm hoping to lose some weight without changing my running. |

I believe a lot of us have trouble losing our middles! I think that it's absolutely wonderful that you run, such great exercise! Something that I would eventually like to start doing. Is running all you do? Maybe adding to your physical activity besides running could help. Or maybe your diet needs some vamping up. I say go check out the exercise forum, or even the maintainers forum. Very helpful people who are more in tune w/exercise and healthy eating habits. (I am still working on what to do myself) Hope you enjoy this site and we sure hope to hear more from you!! |
