I am in the 2nd week of the Curves weight loss plan and it is going very well. I have been watching my carbs for about a year now and have been able to take off about 30 lbs but I wasn't doing it very healthfully. With the Curves weight loss plan , I am now eating healthier and I feel great. I found this sight by accident last night and was totally excited when I did. I have found some great recipes and ideas that I can't wait to try. I hope to meet alot of you who can help me be a success at this. I am going to do it. I just know it.
