How's it going? Have you met or still working on your goals? It's been a while since the Maryland buddy thread was at the top of the list, so let's here from ya.

I'm from maryland! still working on my goals!

I am from Southern Maryland and am trying to work off the last of my weight. Nice to see other Marylanders. Would like to hear from someone else from here.

I'm from Montgomery County, MD. I had a little set-back and gained two pounds. I am feeling confident about this week though.

My goal for this month is to incorporate weight-lifting into my exercise schedule.

Hello Fellow Marylanders! - Anyone Near Baltimore?
 

:dance: So happy to see other Marylanders here! I live 5 miles south of Baltimore - next to Anne Arrundel Co., just inside Baltimore County. I may be spelling Anne Arrundel Co. wrong :dizzy: I'm somewhat new to the area, sorry! Is there anyone near me?

I moved here from Northern Virginia in February of this year. I still feel like I'm in a new place because I work from home and rarely get out. I really like it so far! I've noticed that the people here are extremely friendly! I wouldn't say that the people in Nova are not friendly exactly, just really busy I think. In Nova, cashiers and whatnot don't tend to chat - not even small talk. But here, everyone does! I like that because it's been helping me to come out of my shell a bit.

Anyway, I just thought I'd write and say hello! As to how my diet has been going - I haven't lost anything since I joined 3FC, but I haven't gained either!

Looking forward to getting to know all of you!
