Buddy needed
 

:devil: Hi, I'm new to 3fc and really would like to have a buddy by e'mail as I am not able to check new posts very often. I am a 30 yo work-a-holic who is struggling with lack of motivation, some depression, and no exercise. I'm looking to lose about 20-30 pounds the healthy way. I know what I need to do I just need someone who can encourage me to do what I need to do and push me hard. If you can be strict and encourage at the same time I'd love to talk to you.
