Um, hey! I'm Beauty and I'm 18. I found this site some how on goggle and thought I'd join after surfing it for a few minutes.
Hmmm... what about me? I have been overweight the past few years. I have lost almost 100 pounds in 9 months. I clock in at 165 right now. For most of the past 9 months I've been doing restricting and starving myself as punishment. I have been starting to feel the bad effects of it all and I want to learn how to do this the right way.
I just realized that I shouldn't be punishing myself. It just makes things worse. I also realize that beauty has to be there inside and out... hence my user name!
So, yeah, I'm open to any idea or comments!
Oh, I want to get down to 125. My doctor said for my age and height I should be 110-125.
EDIT: I also want to say that I was diagnosed with ED~NOS a few months back and I am trying to get over it. Umm, thanks!
