New to the Forums
Just thought I'd post a quick intro. I joined WW on 8/13 after seeing a photo of myself and deciding I couldn't stand it any longer. I need to lose a total of 165 pounds to reach my goal weight of 150. My one month anniversary was this Tuesday and I have lost a total of 23 pounds so far.
I'm not going to meetings but signed up for WW Online, the Flex Plan, and I love it. I'm a coward to go to meetings but am doing fine with the online tracker etc. I find I do need people to talk with that are going through the same things I am. Now, I'm off to explore the board. :mag: |
