Newbie here - introducing myself
 

Hello everyone!

My name is Michell, I live in North Potomac, Maryland. I am married; no children, but two english springer spaniels.

I want/need to lose about 20 pounds. I would like to lose 30, but am concerned I would be too thin. I work out about 5 times a week, but I eat too much! I get depressed and angry about my weight and am looking for some support and some online friends.

If I could make some off-line friends as well, that would be great! I would love to meet people to go hiking/running with on the weekends (I am very close to the C&O canal) or just to hang out with.
