I'm new and determined!
 

Hi there! My name is Kelley and I live in southern Indiana. I started my diet and exercise program on Aug 15th. I have done pretty well so far and am looking forward to feeling healthy and fit again. I am a mother of 5 and I work at home. I joined this forum for support and hopefully to meet some great online friends. Can't wait to meet you all!

Hi Kelley! Welcome to 3FC. You are going to enjoy it here! There is so many nice and supportive people here. Whatever diet your following... there is sure to be a board covering it. :) That way you can get support from people doing the same plan. :) There are also stay at home mom (SAHM) groups on these boards too! You will find several different boards that you will frequent I am sure. :) Welcome and good luck!
