Im New & in need of buddies

Im 18 years old and a mother of a 7 month year old baby. before i had him i was 140 and i looked good im a curvy girl so it fit well but now i weigh 197 and im not losing any of it, im so depresed i dont even want to go out! i have a loving boyfried that loves me but im not happy with my self i want to go on the south beach diet but i dont know what to do~ not to mention i need suport im going to start working out this week lets see how well this works i hope to meet people to help me and that i can help them back ;)

Hi there! I am a mother of two small children, Riley will be three in Nov. and Talon just turned one. I am also trying to loose the baby weight. Glad to meet ya! There are a bunch of us here! Don't give up. I started at 215 (after my son was 6 months) and have lost ten pounds as of today. I am not on any diet but I am trying to watch what I eat. I am also exercising when I can.
