Just thought I'd introduce myself...
 

I am very thrilled to have found this place!!

I have been going to the Dr. Berstein Weightloss Clinic since July 12 and have lost a total of 42.4 pounds since then! I have a long way to go though. I am currently 307.6 pounds and am on my way to 160. According to my weightloss plan - I should get there around March 20, 2006 - - and then the real work begins! Keeping it off! *smile*

I've seen that fella .... he used to have a late night talk show out of Toronto ... do commercials for Dr Berstein. Tell us what that's all about.

I'm also doing Dr. Bernstein. I just started and so far I am quite happy with the results!

Basically it's low cal, low fat and low carb.
