First of all I'd like to welcome you. I love this site! Can you tell?
I want to tell you all about a thread that has some amazing information on healthy eating in it. I think it's in the 'support' section and it's called 'undereaters anonymous'. Some very knowledgeable people have posted wonderful stuff about eating well.
