
I'm 30, I've been married for 4 1/2 yrs. we have 2 children, one teenager (15 y/o) and the other is a toddler (1 y/o). I gained most of the weight when I first got married the rest was from pregnancy. I already past my prepregancy weight now I'm working on the weight I gained after I got married. Which is 21 lbs. My goal is to lose it by my Birthday 1/3/06
I'm going to be starting back on track on Monday. I was walking every morning until my stroller broke. I was also doing Tae Bo everyday. I know its no reason to stop exercising but I got lazy
the only way I feel motivated is if I walk first then do my Tae Bo.
