Hello Everyone!

I am seeking a long term buddy or buddies as I have 130 punds to lose. I have begun the journey and have lost 20 punds.
Having a buddy will help me stay on track.

From the many threads I have read, this is a great support group to be involved in.

THat's great that you've lost 20 pounds already. Way to go!!!!!! This is a great place for support, even if you dont post too much, just reading everyone success. I cant wait until i can post some of my own! :) My main goal right now is 170, but for my height, i'm sure somewhere around 140 will be my ultimate goal, but i'll weight till i'm closer to that to actually decide for sure!
