ha! Your body will get used to the water after ahwile and you won't have to make sure ther is a bathroom handy every where you go! Good for you for staying OP and the water.....you're getting there.

It's one day at a time, every day. I wake up in the morning and make a concsious decision " Today I will eat healthy" It helps to set specific times to exercise, that way it gets to be a habit. And I couldn't loose any wight without exercising, I don't think. My body wants to hold on to every ounce!
