New to the Site

Hi, I'm new to the site and I'm am about to start Michael Thurmond's 6WMBO
again.I need a buddy. I have a tendency toward emotional eating.If I'm bored, lonely, depressed, stressed..you name it.

I've got 100lbs to lose.I would really appreciate the support. If someone lives in Houston, Tx perhaps we can be gym buddies. I just renewed my membership to Ballys.

An email buddy is fine as well, I just need the accountability and support.

Hi donna i tend to be an emotional eater too, sorry but i live in england too far away for a gym buddy! but if you need any support i'll be happy to chat to you
