newbie.. starting over again, Help!

Hello Everyone,
My name is Susie, I'm 52 yrs old. I have 2 sons, 2 grandkids & a loving supportive husband.
I started putting on weight in my early 30's, managed to lose 35 lbs about 10 yrs ago. I weighed 135 lbs then now I'm at a horrible 210 lbs. I'm not following any one paticular diet just want to eat healthy, exercise etc. My problem is motivation, I don't have any.
I need help, lots of it.
I need all the buddy support I can get.
My goal weight is 135 by next summer.
Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
:^:
thanks,
Susie

This is the place to find motivation

Hi Suzie! I am in the middle of yet another attempt...You're weight loss goals sound very similar to mine when I started in January. I was at my heaviest ever at 230lbs...my BIG goal is to reach 140lbs....I am currently at 173.6.

What is you weight loss plan? I started on my own with eating more veggies, less sugars and fats, I lost 30lbs before I got stuck. At that point I joined Weight Watchers(third time) and I have lost another 26.6 since then.

Good Luck with you loss!

Wow, sounds like you're doing really well Tracie.
My weight loss plan is similar to yours, just trying to eat healthier & exercise.
My exercise plan is walking for now and maybe some small weights later on. All I'm missing is the motivation to get started, I've never been so unmotivated before, not sure why this time is different, usually I manage to get & stay motivated for at least 2 weeks.
I'm assuming by your nick that you're from Canada? So am I.
Keep up the good work, you're doing great!
