Ok I am in need of help!
Last year I was going so well. Then came Xmas...... and all momentum has come to a screaching halt.
I have 18kgs (40lbs) to go. Have just (as in today) joined the gym again. (we will ignore the fact I can't afford it) and have the CSIRO menu book (if you don't know it look it up!)
Now I need some one to drag along on the journey. Any one want to come or suggest the right thread for me to invade?????
