Hello from Iowa!!!
 

Hello!! My name is Lori and I am 32years old. As my title states, I live in Iowa in a town along the Mississippi River. I am happily married to dh Jim ( it will be 9years on August 10th) and we have 3 great daughters: Emily who is 6 1/2, Madelyn who is 2 1/2, & Abigail who will be 10 months old on the 27th. I am currently a stay at home mom and I am fat. My starting weight is 260lbs I would like to weigh about 180 and then go from there to see if I need to lose more. I am following the Weight Watcher flex plan. I am hoping to find some buddies to help me stay focused. If any one is interested please let me know !

Hello, I'm Lexi. I'm 14 years old and I live in Dubuque, Iowa (along the Mississippi). I was looking through my mom's old Weight Watcher books and I decided that I'm going to going to start eating right and exercising. My current weight is 190 and I would like to be 135.
