Hey!

My name is Katelyn and I'm 18 years old and from B.C, Canada. I started doing Atkins in August 2003 weighing 250 pounds and wearing a size 24. 23 months later, I'm down to 190 pounds and a size 12/13. I lost most of my weight in my first year, and in the last year I have been struggeling with sticking with my diet and continuing to lose weight. I really want to lose 40 more pounds and my goal weight is 150 pounds.

I joined this board because I don't think I can do this on my own this time round. I really need support and people to talk to who can encourage me and understand what I'm going through and need to do. I have 4 wonderful bestfriends who are all size 1-6, and thus don't really understand what i'm going through and trying to do. I feel embarassed talking to them about my weight and so I think a message board like this would help a lot.

I'm really out going so anyone of any age or location would be a weight loss buddy option for me. I hope to be able to give support to others here the way they will give to me.
