Hello everyone
I'm trying to lose 25 lbs. I set a short term goal to lose 5 lbs by mid Aug.
Currently I'm walking 3 miles a day and also working out to Tae Bo. I have changed my eating habits since going on Dr. Phil diet which I am no longer on since about two weeks ago.
I have been married for 4 1/2 years. We have 2 children: 1) dd 15 y/o and 2)ds 11 months old.
I'm wondering if there is anyone else with similer goals. So we can buddy up and hold each other accountable.
