~Hello~
I am Melinda 24 happily married to my best friend and the love of my life Chris we have two beautiful children Alexis 3 ˝ and Nick 11 ˝ months
Chris is a computer engineer and I am a stay at home mom we live in New York state I was 126 when I met hubby which is ideal for my height if 5'3" well now I am 260 :o and have had enough I am getting to work with two little ones the gym is out so I am depending on walking and in the winter not sure yet I am doing a way in day of Sunday for my self to keep me on track I am going a simple diet hoping it works Breakfast - Cereal Lunch - Sandwich and a some soup Dinner small portion of what we are having Snake after dinner fruit or yogurt Beverage - diet pop and water Not sure what my daily calorie intake should or should not be but i did fitday.com and my calorie intake today was 1199 that seems high but could be wrong is there a chart for what my intake should be somewhere?? Well enough about me I look forward to meeting everyone and making some friends Hugs…. Melinda |
