looking for encouragement

I am looking for encouragement that I can do this. Sometimes I slack off and I never get back on. I need someone to tell me that I can get to end and there be a positive outlook to this. I am 372 I wan to get down to 190-200lbs. My height is 6'0.

Of course you can do it! And you've taken a very positive step in that direction just by coming to 3FC! There is a lot of support and encouragement here. As long as we keep climbing back up on the wagon, there is no such thing as failure.

Look I have faith in you, you can do it just buddy up with someone and keep on writing. This is a great web site and you can make a lot of friends here who understantds what you are going thru. We are in this together you can do this you really can. :cheer:
