Girls with Goals
Good morning,
well the scale really didnt move much I am currently 180 so that will be my start weight!!I am proud of the fact I exercised yesterday woohoo me, That is the most diffucult part for me!! Only thing is I need to treat myself after exercise lol thus the ice cream sandwich last night LOL Okay if Im gonna reach this goal I really have to start behaving myself!!!GOOD LUCK ladies and how did all of you do yesterday???? |

Hey I did okay yeasterday until DH decided he didn't want chicken which was a good 2 point he wanted Bojan Chicken Hello DH it 7 points 2 or 7 , 2 or 7 ,well I went for the 7 pointer I didn't have to cook dinner and anytime I can get out of fixing dinner I am in. But really I did okay I went over WW by 4 points which isn't really bad. I didn't workout yesterday but I will today. I lost 2 pounds this week and I am so happy about it 2 down 40 more to go. Okay I won't say that again I don't like the 40 more to go, it makes me sick to my stomach. But YEAH we have a great buddy group Girls with Goal, come and join we would love to have you. We are all about the same weight so that is really good for all.

Hello I did pretty good also. I did eat a piece of carrot cake which was delicious, and so far I have loss 2 pounds which makes me 209.5 My exercise is going well so far I have exercised for 3 days and this has not been easy for me to do. I had to realize that I needed to exercise in order for the weight to come off. So keep on losing.
