Hi and welcome! I`m new here too! So what kind of diet if any are you doing? I work out every day and eat right 6 out of 7 days a week, that`s pretty much what i`m doing to lose my weight! I just had my 4th, baby on April 6th, and i`m trying to lose the rest of my pregnancy weight!
