Hi, I'm new here

Hi, I'm new here today. I am 45 years old, a stay-at-home mom of 2 grown (on their own) kids, and a 9 year old. I am 5'3" and need to lose 45 pounds. I really need to get walking again, but can't seem to start. I would love a buddy, need encouragement. ;)
