Just wanted to introduce myself. I had heard about this forum from a friend I met at a weight loss center. I just love it!!! Encouragemnt is what is needed to continue. After being obese since birth,(Just kidding, but it feels like it, I finally started taking steps to change my life and my weight. I still slip and fall, like tonight, eating a whole bag of mint milanos. But I know tomorrow I will go to the gym and do better. I am 34, single, sigh, and looking to change my career path as well as my weight path. Hope to be able to chat with some of you soon.
