Sweet, you sholud have 10-15 minutes for the meal. Nothing can be so important!

I use to do that on my new job and now I see how I was stupid. I gained 40 pounds and nobody told me - thank you, you are so great worker. I am underpayed even!

So, learn on my case - dont do that to yourself. You are more important. Nothing will happen if you take a break for a snack! Trust me! It it happens than it would happen anyway ! OK? Kiss

Fail to plan, Plan to fail! I agree with the others ther are lots of things you can make the night before for breakfast and lunch. How about cutting up some cantalope and taking a container of that and some yogurt? String cheese? Tere are lots of things that are easy and portable if yu think about them. I take my lunch every day I work. It's just easier because Inever know what the cafateria is going to have! Lots of times it's something I don't want or shouldn't have. One thing they always have is pizza. Too much timptation! If I do go down it's for a salad and I bring my own dressing. Or soup. The soup is usually good. Both of those options are good brown baggers too!

I learned the hard way to take my food with me and just lately I'm learning the value of having it ready the night before. Get lots of little containers. Divvie out your cottage cheese, tuna, chicken left-overs. Make containers full of salad, dressing, cereal, carrots, radishes. Get individual yogurts. Cans of diet pop. I've already made my Ilene's pancake for lunch tomorrow and a spare one because the other gals all want to try a taste :)

I am trying to add more baked or grilled fish to my diet. I really perfer it fried but that is not practical when you are dieting, does anyone have any ideas on cooking fish with lots of flavor and great taste with out adding a lot of fat.

22 pounds is awesome! Try not to be discouraged, you're doing great. It's scary when you start trying to lose and realize just how far there is to go, I know. But you've made a great start, be proud of yourself!! One thing that has been super helpful to me is to break down my goal. I actually got that idea from seeing how th egirls here post their sigs. Maybe start with a Halloween or Thanksgiving goal. Or, a 10-15 pound loss goal. Good luck!!
