Hi I'm New To All This And Would Really Like To Find A Buddy. If You Are Interested And Need To Lose 70 Lbs Or More Let's Work On It Together.

hello, It's been a long time since I've been here, so I can say I'm new at this too! I need to loose at least 70 lbs to. I had lost 45 of it but then had found it and then some more too! I used to walk 3 to 4 miles a day, but now can't even get 1 mile in! I'm in a rut!
