Looking for a Weight Watchers buddy...

Hey everyone!

I have been battling my weight my entire life. I am 20 years old, and weight 288lbs. last February I joined Weight Watchers but gave up relatively easily. Now I've decided to change - not just my weight, but my entire lifestyle.

I'm looking for a (or multiple!) weight loss buddy. It's so frustrating, especially seeing as I have never been thin, so there's a part of me that is always questioning whether it can actually be achieved. I'm following weight watchers on my own, but not attending meetings. I know they're an integral part of the program, but it's just not in my budget right now.

This site is wonderful, and I've been lurking on it the past few days, so I decided to join.

... and this was a very scattered post! heh. :dizzy:

I have been struggling too!

Hi,
I've been struggling with my weight all my life and I am 52 years old. I just joined weight watchers last week. I began at 267 and lost 2.8 pounds my first week. I am counting points but I am also not depriving myself of the fast food I love so much, just including them in my daily points. I will be happy to give you all the support you need, cuz I need it too! Good LUck! :)
