Need Accountability

Hello All!! Again, I am starting my "lifestyle change" tomorrow. I have used the Weight Watchers Plan in the past and it is great....the problem is my "stick-to-itness." I have all the material so my plan is to try it at home, I am going grocery shopping today.

I am 32, single, no kids....I live in North Carolina and I would like to lose at least 30lbs.

I need some support, a weekly weigh-in ,someone to share diet tips, recipes and encouragement. Journey with me!!! :cb:

I hear ya about stick to it. I did ww in 2000 lost 50 pounds, went on a honeymoon and said I will get back on it when I get back. Well 5 years later I guess is better late then never. I do the ww at home also, I just don't have the time to go to a meeting and my husband is great about fixing meals.

I don't like to eat healthy so it is hard for me, but I am just doing it cause I am tired of being fat. Drink the water

Welcome to you! :D

Evening ladies...

daj3333- First of all...HEllo! To my fellow Montanan. I'm in Billings. It's not very often you see someone from your state! Cool!

Secondly, I would like to say that I'm trying to find someone to buddy up with that I can talk to every day not just once in a while. Someone who can hold me accountable for my choices-good or bad. I would love to a buddy with you. If that's okay. I also did WW for a time and lost 21 lbs. I lost 8 more on South Beach and have gained that back. Ooops. That's what happens when I don't have someone to talk to. I don't have much in the line of support anywhere. Not many friends and my husband thinks I look fine the way I am. I know I don't, and I don't want to be this way. I am 34 yrs old, a stay at home mom of 3 girls, and have rheumatoid arthritis. That hasn't kept me down much. I want to keep shrinking to my ultimate goal of 154.

I have "stick to it-itis" too. I can start out good and then it just fades.

Vandeline-Let me know....
daj-you too.
We could all buddy up and have a little group.... :)
