Hi all- sorry I missed yesterday! I've been doing pretty well although I did have two bowls of Cheerios this morning. The thing I know I need to improve is to drink more water. I don't drink nearly enough and I know how important it is!

Terri- I know what you mean about exercise. I keep saying I'll get back into it but my ds has been sick and I've been up during the night and by 5AM so the exercise has gone by the side. I read somewhere that it's 80% what you eat and 20% how you exercise. I don't know if it's true or not but at least I feel like I'm staying on task with my eating.

Faded Moon- Where in Queens do you live? I grew up in College Point and also lived in Bayside and Glen Oaks.

Aerodawn- how are you? How is it going?

Leshia- How is BFL going? I do fairly well but I don't follow it as strictly as I probably should.

Well have to go get the kids before they destroy my basement. Eveybody have a wonderful and successful day :)
