Hi Tracy! Welcome to 3FC :D We have a lot of diet forums and hope you'll find all the info and support you need to reach your goals. Don't worry about losing a LOT of weight, no matter what your goal weight is. Aim for mini-goals, like 10 pounds at a time. It will seem to go faster that way :)
