Hello everyone!
I came to this website about 2 years ago ....and lost 30lbs with great support...and low and behold I got thinner and hubby got me pregnant LOL!! I have two boys, 4yrs old and a 6 mnth old. So now I need to get back on track...Any support would be wonderful! I used the low calorie diet and exercise...it was the best and easiest thing for me to stick with. Good luck to everyone !!
