Hi all, new here

Hello! I finally decided to get off my fat butt and do something about my weight. I am a 36 yo mom of 5, my oldest is 13 and my youngest is 3 months. Looking forward to sharing and supporting others while I get my addiction to bread and butter under control. Dang fat and carbs. Grrrrrr.

I'm new here too Julie.. Hoping to get some support while I get my food addictions under control too!! 45 yrs old.. a daughter 23 & 15 and 3 little grandaughters.. will look forward to getting to know you. I lived in Oregon growing up.. Klamath Falls and Grantspass for a short time.. I'm in Central Cali now..
hope we both find the help and motivation we need!!
