New to 3FC, trying to lose 35lbs
Hello!
I'm new to the 3FC website. I'm trying to lose 35lbs for many reasons but mainly just to feel heathly and active again. I've been "trying" to lose since last year, but I have to be honest...I have NO discipline whatsoever :( . So...I'm desperately working on that. My husband and I just purchased a treadmill and so far I've been pretty faithful with that. I just need to work on making more healthy meals. :D |

I am also new here, and need to check things out, sounds like there is a lot going on here, and think I will enjoy checking in here, :)
I have about half of me to lose to get where I want to be, and my Dr. as all ready ok this for me, and so I need to get busy here and work hard to do just so. I will be 51, in another 2 months, and I would like to be slim, for a change, been over 20 yrs since I have been so. I will check in here often, to see what help you have to offer for me. Yet this week, I may do more reading, then posting, since I have spring cleaning also to get out of the way, within the next week. :smug: busybusymom |

i'm new here too. just joined today 'cause everyone on here seems so motivated and supportive. One of the main reasons i want to lose weight is that i'm tired of being out of breath after one flight of stairs and i'd like to have a regular sized towel fit around my tail. I'm using weight watchers and it's working wonders for me. Right now my primary goal is to just get under 200lbs, though my big goal is 175. Wish you luck in your own journey.
