Hi there, I am trying to lose a total of 100+ pounds. Have never been a fan of diets before, but as a new mom, I know that if I want to be able to be an active part of my kid's lives I need to make a change & NOW!
I was diagnosed with prenatal diabetes when I was pregnant with my daughter & since I now weigh more that I did when I was pregnant
I have decided that though I have a healthy self esteem, that won't be helpful when I start to suffer from the damage that uncontrolled diabetes can bring.Are there any other diabetics out there disgusted by the fact that you have to take insulin to regulate blood sugar, but the insulin is also to blame for the gigantic butt?
SO, long story short (too late) I need a buddy to help me take this seriously, & I think that watching the high glycemic items will really help with the insulin problem. I also plan to work out 30 minutes a day 7 days a week & do yoga (20 minutes) 3 days a week also. I know this sounds strenuous, but I am into this BIG TIME!
