Hello! 23/F from DC metro working on getting healthy

Hey Everyone!! I am a 23 year old professional woman who woke up on her birthday last week and felt like she was 80!! That feeling combined with an article I read saying that overweight women make less money than skinnier ones has pushed me to get serious about losing weight. I am seeking some online support in sticking with my diet, and if their are any people in the Wash metro area that want to get together and get moving...I am more than willing to hook up for that too! Anyways, I'm new and just wanted to say hey and stay positive for those of you who are in the same boat that I am in.

hi april.. welcome to the board.. i am new here also.. i am looking to loose about 25 pounds.. i am currently 165 and i want to get down to 140.. i see that u live in the metro area.. i live in gaithersburg maryland.. to my knowledge im not that far from u.. like 20 25 mins.. if u need to talk or need some help let me know... im here for ya.. good luck and welcome and i hope to hear from you soon......
