New from Central FL
Hello all,
I'm new here! Love all the cool support that goes on here. This is one reason why I'm here. I'm a stay at home mom to 3 children 6, 4 and 2. I have put on lots of weight mainly between them. I do real well right after each then around 6months I start going up again. I have not stopped nursing in a little of 6 years so its not when I stop nursing. I have tried almost everything I can take or do while nursing or budget can do. I have started going to the YMCA 3x 's a week for 1 1/2 hours. I do feel alot better but have not really felt the change in my clothes yet. I need someone to help me through the hard times and make sure I'm staying with it. Thanks and hope to get the support and help I need here!! |
Hello and welcome to the board, I hope we can be of help to you. what type of plan are you following? Have you had your thyroids tested? Sometimes our lack of weight loss is medically related. Try eating on a salad plate instead of a regular plate, I find that helps me. Also, try to be conscious of eating while cooking, eating off of kids plates, believe me we have all done that!!
