Hello and welcome back! I need to lose almost twice as much as you, but wether it is 10 or 110 pounds to lose the struggle is still the same. I hope you enjoy your time here and we can all be of help to you. God Bless.

Hi Diane,
I'm in a similar boat. I stopped going to this board a bout a year ago. I have about 50 more pounds to lose and I just got back on the wagon. I'm loosely doing WW but I'm not attending meetings. I starting seriously excersizing on Sunday. Do you excersize as well?
