I am a mom of 3, married 10 yrs and I work so much I almost have stress related insomnia!!! I am looking for some buddies that are doing WW to talk about weight loss, exercise and give encouragement when I am down and need to vent! :tread: ! I am a stress eater and have high stress job where I may not be able to sleep.
I NEED A BUDDY OR TWO WHO WORKS ALOT AND CAN UNDERSTAND THE PRESSURES OF HIGH STRESS JOBS THAT MANDATE WORKING 10-12 HR DAYS.
