I need a buddy

Let me start by saying that I am 29, mother of 4 children very active children, I am looking to find a buddy to help with encouragement when I need it the most (everyday) too email just to see how I am doing, and I would like to help you as well.

I am new to this site too, and I could use a buddy. I only have two kids, but sometimes it feels like 4. What are you doing to reach your goals? I am always looking for new ideas. I just started Atkins a week ago, but I haven't seen a difference yet.
