Hi everybody! Just found this site today, and knew this was for me. I have been struggling with my weight for about 9 years (i'm 36 now), and I'm ready to get control over it. I would love to have an exercise buddy, or a weigh-in buddy to share successes (or maybe even set-backs--but mostly successes
) I could also use some motivation, and would be willing to give it, too! I have been going to the gym to get my exercise in (at the god-awful hour of 5am!!) but could use some help with counting calories, and just will-power in general. As you may have guessed, I'm in love with everything that is bad, bad, bad
(ie: carbs, chocolate, desserts, chips) If you think we might be able to help each other, I'd love to have you as a buddy.edith


I must bow to you, as I am humbled by your presence as a mom to 2 sets of twins. How do you find the time to do anything?! How long have you been with 3FC? There is so much on this site, I'm getting overload. It's going to take me days to navigate...Anything you really like, to help point me in the right direction?
