need a busy buddy
 

Hi I'm looking for some motivation and support. I'm starting to use the forums here. I have a lot to lose, I'm a total yo-yo. I've lost and gained and lost and gained recently, I've gained more that 20 pounds so I'm back on the plan. I'm doing weightwatchers and trying to work out. Its hard because I have a full time job, a small business and am a single mom.....busy busy busy..I'm pretty active normally but just can't lose the weight. I need to lose over 80 lbs. its a lot but I want to lose it by the time I'm 30 (1 1/2 years a way so its feasable). I know have to keep with it and could use some support and would love to give it in return.
how do these buddies work do you just email and check on each other? if anyone is looking of some one to buddy up with, let me know.
